Great video, really appreciate the tackle details. How did your first yo-yo iron break? Did the hooks straighten out or something? Was it a Tady?

Hey thanks, yeah it was a tady and it just chipped/ broke right off so the ring was still tied to my line.

You like to use lures, I have commercial fished salmon 25 years, we call them JUNK fishermen😂, first 3 years I used bait, pain in the a**, went to junk never looked back.

Hey thanks, I was using a Tady 4/0 but also use the Salas’ and some of the other brands too.

how much leader you run from the braid

It depends on the setup/use but for irons especially dropping on the spinner I’m using 3’-6’ and same for casting irons. On a conventional I may do longer.
