There are same initial reactant Carbocation in step 2 of E1 and SN1 and same nucleophile then why in sn1 the nucleophile attack on carbocation and in E1 nucleophile attack on beta carbon? I am strickly confused in both these help me get out of this.

Why nucleophile don't attack on carbocation in e1? Ans: Reason : The beta carbon become acidic and hydrogen attach to it ionizes and attack of nucleophile on hydrogen atom is easy than attack on carbocation, in beta carbon concentration of electron increases and double bond formation between beta carbon and carbo cation take place favouring e1 reaction so that's why nucleophile do attack on beta carbon instead of carbocation. Is this answer correct sir ?
