OMG this is so helpful!!! I am currently studying pathophysiology and there is just too much information, this summary helps A LOT! Thank you Dr. Greg!! Would you also be able to talk about other chapters as well from the Huether book? I found some chapters missing, and it would be awesome if you can post those too!

This is very well done. Clear and straightforward. One minor note - the PAMP flagellin is a feature of prokaryotes and not eukaryotes, which explains why the flagella of sperm (in addition to being partitioned as you suggest) does not induce TLR dimerization and downstream signaling. IE, the sperm's undulipodium flagella is composed of microtubules and dynein crosslinks, and does not contain the molecule flagellin.
