Thank you 🙏🤍📿🤍 I need to get to the highest height in my city, and perform Chod - almost on the ledge but not right on it. This will ignite the perfect sensation of FEAR AND FREEDOM all at the same time . I must do this for my family. I've been reconning buildings as much as I can , but it's not easy to explain to people who don't know much about Buddhism 😅 Graveyards at night don't scare me, nor do jail cells, nor do many other places & this should be as authentic as possible -Three or more people?! What? 😶☺🙏 WOW, you perform the Chod so beautifully 😍 💖

Thank you for this practice. Demons came up at a conversation the other day and I was gifted with a drawing that had many skulls in it from a Miniature Master from Jaipoor. It seems an qppropriate practice for the journey I have taken this past decade or so. Already I can feel a difference. May these practices benefit all beings.

This was very helpful and transformative for me, my sincere thank you. I'm currently at home in Sweden sick from what I think is Covid and it's not too bad, but fever, some lung pain etc and so I received the meditation and afterward I felt much lighter both in my chest and in the head. I really believe it works! I have a question regarding receiving the meditation, should I visualize the body, the corpse being chopped up next to me, like a vision separate from my actual body or be present in my body? Maybe this is a strange question but when I did the meditation again this question came up. Or should I just not interact at all and simply be passive in my mind and relax? I would really like to learn the meditation more in detail and wonder if you can point me in the right direction. Thank you again! Much Love, Mia

She has an online course in which she teaches this. You can take it any time. If you take it there's a download of a lady singing it you can practice with. I took it exactly one year ago and learned it in four months by practicing every day.
