歡迎大家一起分享!😘🌹💞🙏阿栗個人經驗小分享! 每家人烤箱功率,容量不同、模具材質和厚薄不同、預熱時間不同,通常烘烤時間都會有不同。 除了根據以往經驗的烘烤時間和溫度來判斷外,還可以通過觀察以下來輔助判斷。 1⃣️通常,甜麵包表面顏色烤到淺棕色比較適合。但含糖量低的麵包即使烤熟,表面顏色也會比較淺。 2⃣️除了觀察麵包表面顏色,還可以根據麵包在烤箱裡膨脹的情況來綜合決定。一般麵包在烤箱裡膨脹到最高點後慢慢開始稍稍回落,繼續烘烤幾分鐘就算成熟。 3⃣️蓋蓋子烘烤的吐司您可以在最後幾分鐘,戴好防燙手套,取出吐司觀察底部小孔,小孔裡麵包底部是淺棕色,就是吐司已經成熟到剛剛好。 Ali shares his personal experience! 感謝您的厚愛! 阿栗用的是三能牌子吐司盒,從未出現沾黏的情況。這個吐司含油量來說,也不是容易出現沾黏的。😀💞 如果有些吐司盒容易沾黏,可以在裝入麵包胚子之前,塗一層黃油,烤出來就不容易沾黏。

Hello, thank you for your likes and comments! You can make the dough into the shape of steamed buns. If each is 60-80g, preheat the oven and bake at 180°C for about 22-24 minutes. Please note that the sugar content of this bun is relatively low, so the surface color will not be the same. It won't be a very dark brown, but a light brown.😘
