It seems like the exact kind of super-filling noodle shop that I would want to go to after a long day of walking and grinding. I especially like the unusual protein toppings that this place uses. I don't typically see things like spam, Japanese weiner, menchikatsu, etc. being served in noodle dishes. My personal favorite idea is putting squid tempura and menchikatsu in one soba dish; maybe I'll try that if I go there!
