I saw, I think it was DJ, advising someone who thought they could tell him where he could and couldn't fly, just where to get off, and why. After that, I have had far more confidence in exercising my own rights, as I now know far more than I used to. These are educational videos. I'd go as far as to say they should be a part of the school curriculum too. Youngsters are far more likely to be pushed around by the police than people of my age, and them knowing the freedoms they have, while they still have them could go a long way towards stopping that. So yeah, no ID from me either. No engagement unless warranted. I film whenever I see them engaging with someone else. Particularly someone young, knowing that the police change their behaviour too when they know they are being filmed. And, I will film just what the hell I like. Nothing is off the table as far as taking pictures is concerned. People who want me to delete images get told they had their chance to capture the photons when they bounced off them, or their house or whatever. I took the trouble to catch those reflected photons, and so, they are mine. You take care man.

The police initially left a couple of teen-age security guards in charge while they buzzed off for something to eat at which point the bomber made his move. Ambulance & fire personnel are not responsible for security and were prevented from going in by police.

The officer is just admitting to corruption. You have police cars parked illegally. The reason is that the car park is full of their private vehicles. The have put their private vehicles in the compound so they avoid paying for parking and parking fines. Corruption is the abuse of entrusted power for private gain. I would be making complaints against the officer for that statement, and against all present for not reporting it or participating in it. You were unusually reasonable with them too but they still thought they could search you for ID.. They make out its a search for weapons but I can guarantee its to find ID. If they found ID I'm sure they would record the details even though you have exercised the right not to provide them. It would be amusing to have someone else's ID on you with thier consent.

They're trained to treat everyone as a criminal. Assault first, and ask questions later. The station can always investigate themselves and find no wrong-doing, and the courts are even worse for actual justice against cops. It takes a video with 10 million views to make them do anything about it.
