Jones defeated dc by using dopings. He was literally stripped off the belt and the belt was given back to dc after the match.
@cleech747 ай бұрын
@@ozanozenir2503Yeah, Jones not being clean in any one, or multiple fights with DC really robbed fans of knowing that the wins were decisive, and/or real. I mean, it’s almost a certainty that Jones is hands down the best fighter in the entire history of the UFC, even to the point that DC probably agrees with that statement. Unfortunately, there will always be a “what if…?” hanging over that distinction, and their trilogy. For me, and many others, Jones will forever have an asterisk next to his record. Although, as I type this, maybe the UFC gods had a premonition regarding the whole situation, and marked his career well before all that happened, taking away his perfect record with the DQ loss to Hammel. Even though he was clearly winning that fight, it’s still a loss in the record books.
