@@bruisersdilemma354 Definitely for some of this fights, generally when he didn't know his opponents well he would party and not train. That's one of the most impressive things about him. The fact he was able to do that and still defend his title and beat everyone. He's the GOAT by far, absolutely unbelievable. He's hated though, so I don't expect nearly as many people to give him credit for his accomplishments. There will be a ton of bias against him, there is already.

Teaching fits really well to Jones. I'm glad he is teaching, passing on his legacy while still in his prime. Haven't seen any other fighters do that. Also, he is a VERY strategic, intelligent fighter. It's really something seeing him break down his technique.

That locking horns thing is genius. This is why Jon Jones could definitely beat up anybody. He knows that he has to hold on to your weapons so that you can't use them. If Bruce Lee was around the same time Jon Jones was, Jon Jones would mop the floor with him. Jon Jones made Lyoto Machida look like easy work. Machida's way of fighting is close to Bruce Lee's. People should put that into perspective.

Jones is one of the goats if not the goat. Great lesson and everything, Jones has a lot of fighting knowledge. But I can’t help but think, the tactics he taught in this video (the “locking horns” hands fighting, elbowing over the top and stuff) only work for tall fighters. Reach is a huge advantage and a big part of this technique. Doesn’t seem like a shorter person can use this on a taller one. Maybe I’m wrong, if I am wrong then someone please correct me. Respectfully.
