Over the course of the year of trying out various chicken sandwiches, I always go back to Chick-Fil-A. The simplicity, just the pickles (extra pickles) and the juicy piece of chicken.. maybe a little honey mustard (preferably homemade).. can't beat it imo. Anyway, great stuff Chael, interesting breakdown as always.

I make my own at home using fresh bakery bread, southern fried chicken with extra peri-peri seasoning infused before cooking. lightly toasted bun, then butter, mayo, House salad leaves & a couple of included red and yellow pepper slices, a medium sized drop of coronation coleslaw (not too much). Add some drops of hot sauce on the chicken if desired. Serve with paprika and salt seasoned chips. Honestly it hands down beats any sandwich ive ever had out. Can also use BBQ chicken instead of southern fried.
