I'm sorry, but I find it rather odd how only TWO members of SONAMOO went out of their way to get a lawsuit issued and not SONAMOO as a whole. Maybe the other members were more afraid or some kind of stained relationship started to form during their time frame. With B.A.P, *all* the members banded together to formulate their lawsuit. The fact that all the oldest members waited for Zelo to be of age so they could all file together really did mean something. They didn't leave one another behind in that mess. Just my own two cents....unless there's something I'm missing. Bottom line, I'm not surprised TS has gotten worse over the past couple years. They lost their most successful groups due to their BS. They've finally hit rock bottom.

I mean- I wouldn't put it past TS to try and manipulate the rest of the girls given how they're probably threatening TRCING members and their parents. at the same time, some members of kpop groups have said that they aren't as close with each other as cameras show and that there's quite a bit of bullying going on behind the scenes..? more likely though is the fact that some of the sonamoo members, young girls in a relatively rookie/unknown group may not have felt confident enough to sue the company/ feel scared somehow

Actually, the plan wasn't to sue the company, at least not yet. One of the two members of Sonamoo that got kicked out was their leader. Like in her insta post, she explained that they had been inquiring about their contract and the money they made but have never seen. TS halfassed an insufficient reply that took them 30 whole days to make and when they inquired further, the two were kicked out saying they had filed for (early) contract termination. Not only is TS using this as an excuse to sue them, they're also making sure all the members are out of contact. Any person in a lawsuit with them cannot contact an employee of TS aka the remaining 5 members. Which is most likely what's happening with *TRCNG as well. They were only inquiring about documents they should've already been given access to, but if it came down to it they were going to sue TS together. If this shitty company learned anything, it's that they can't have a whole group sue them together like BAP had done. At least for now, they have some artists that can do stuff for them aka that cf that dropped days after that lawsuit announcement. I'd hate for Sonamoo to disband but TS deserves to burn down. The thing that boggles my mind is how such a shitty company can put together such amazing, talented groups. All of them deserve so much better

source music and big hit are also sneaky and "bad" in their ways. some "good" companies are kakao m/loen who did pretty okay with history and believed in iu for a long time although she didn't hit high at the beginning. its subsidiary cre.ker is also a pretty good company. the idols and the ceo seem to be on very good and close terms with each other and although the company isn't that rich, they always gave their everything to make their artists successful. another company that seemed quite okay was choeun entertainment who have 24k. the group had many line up changes and a lot of albums that had some songs from other album in, but it was never mentioned that anything was unfair or that anything bad happened and the group still exists after 10 years and recently released a single after finally fixing line up changes.

The 9 year contract is against the law? I thought it was supposed to be 7 years, for all artists of ALL companies. The members being minors really worries me, and the part where TS released a statement from the parents (supposedly) also made me think. Based on their past actions and the way how they treated Sleepy and Sonamoo, TS is not above using the kids as leverage. TS basically has 9(?) kids/minors under a 9 year contract and I'm sure their parents aren't chaebols or anything. Even with 2 members gone, and their contracts terminated, they're still winning, and it sucks. I can't imagine what the other members of the groups are going through. My guess is Sonamoo also has a longer than normal contract and too much debt to actually be true. TS is poor, and I don't believe they could afford to spend billions on one group and then rack up that amount of debt. But hey...at least TRCNG (idk how to spell it) was getting paid, even 10%. I feel sorry for their fans too. The law isn't gonna do anything about it, unless the other members file lawsuits, and that isn't going to happen. What else can a fan do? Wait for a comeback that is coming after BP's with the knowledge that your faves are suffering in some way or another.

Not only is this bad entertainment, but this sort of thing reflects badly on the Korean Justice System and their Criminal Records system. If a company was being accused of neglecting/abusing their performers in the UK, they would automatically be disbanded and they would have a permanent criminal record. Hey, could you do a video on Top media? They are an awful company and they don’t properly promote their idols/groups. Just a request! ^^ Edit: Even though they just debuted mcnd and their doing great right now a few years down the road they’ll be just like Teen top. Famous during debut to no one knowing 4 years later except fans.

Agree. Also teen top I heard they literally just told the boys to make youtubers channels to gain some kind of income without helping them. Like wtf is wrong with them. I’m not a teen top fan and don’t really follow them but Ricky is close friends with sungjae (BtoB) and maknaes (from ex-group boyfriend) so I sometimes get info on the group by checking what’s up with Ricky.

The korean public does not care anyway. The korean law does not care too. I felt so much anger to this TS entertainment. TS means THIS SHIT ENTERTAINMENT. I really dont get it why korean law system does not have something like public attorneys office or district attorneys office. Even the politician in korea do not revise their law on contracts and agreement whatever. I really pity these kids specially Sonamoo, now I know why Sonamoo went out of the radar, damn you TS!!

I left my comment on this video because i binge-watched this series and this is the most recent video so the author is more likely to see it. Polaris/Blockberry are still really bad for a variety or reasons that become very clear once you do some digging. Personally I'm worried about LOONA's future for this very reason.

Is sick what they did to their artists. All of them, but specially the last boy group. B.A.P. was the 2nd boy group I stanned. I still follow what Hyo Sung is doing. And remember a member on Sonamoo in The Unit (which they didnt promote those groups well, but that its another thing). I just want them to be able to leave already and not be abused anymore. And is true that some of the companies had made their artist suffer horribly. Specially a lot of this small companies. Even some telling them to give them huge amounts of money to never debut the people.
