I applied for visas with my kids, and our visas were rejected. I reapplied for myself, and it was accepted. Now, I want to apply for my kids through interview waiver. What should I write in the refusal section on the DS-160 form as the “reason for refusal”? The consular officer gave us a slip mentioning the visa refusal under 214(b).

Hello , I applied to B1/B2 visa and had my interview in july and got rejected… Now am applying for F1 visa after being admitted to masters program and issued my i-20 and paid my registration fees , do I have to enclose my rejected visa ? If yes what reason should I give for rejection? Also I was issued a tourism visa when I was a child (7 years) and it expired in 2006 should I enclose this too ?! Thank you
