Yes hospital also help adjust and most importantly in hospital the doctor need to tell you your exact degree then tell you how much they adjusted and let you decide which you prefer. 99%/optional shop won't tell you they adjusted.
Singapore National Eye Centre doesn't have the problem you mentioned. They will tell us before helping us adjust the degree. While most optical shop in Singapore won't tell you. They auto adjust the degree without telling you. From age 2 to 28 i have never once wear the correct degree because i use optical shop. At age 28 my degree grow from 1200 to 2100 on left eye and optical shop cannot make more than 2000 degrees thus i go hospital. That's is when i realises my biggest mistake. Also the optician at my estate ever give me 1700 degree lens when my degree is 2000. That make me totally unable to see numbers or bus. Now i only go hospital because i don't trust optical shop or gamble with the optician's honesty.
