Great video. One query: Rolling the lower back to the mid back seems to get a lot of negative press on KZbin. Most seem to say it shouldn't be done. Interested on CRC thoughts on this.

Hi Terry, I personally like how it feels on my lower back as that is where I often get injured but everyone is different and needs to listen to their body. It shouldn’t hurt and you shouldn’t roll directly on your vertebrae but on the muscles surrounding it.
