Good build for high resso saders. With my 2,2k i stick with CoL, banner, falling sword and condemn. And work fine even against players with 4k resso.

Yea with this build you need to be on par with reso of your opponents. If they are too high you will be missing the survivability and dmg. Your build is good for your reso.

It should be + 100% crit dmg + dmg from your armor penetration. Max from armor pen is +57%. So +157% if you are fully dominating opponents armor

Yea with reso you mentioned there's almost no chance. It's better to run away for "free" tower or wait for your teammate but not fight them alone
