CHAINSAW & DIGGER - Installing a French drain through tree roots

Chainsaw and digger team up again to cut away underground roots growing along the hedge row and stream to make way for 4 inch drainage pipe that we're installing beneath the surface to dry up the wettest section of my land by re-directing water into the shuck,(ditch), running along my boundary.
After removing a 40 foot tree we then have to back fill the drain with gravel and I manage to get the dumper stuck when it starts to sink...
I want to build an off-grid homestead in Northern Ireland where I will grow and feed my family with chemical free and full of nutrients-packed food on a daily basis. I want to create a healthy lifestyle that my three kids will look back on fondly and to a place they will eventually call home.

Been taking out an overstood hedge this week, the tip about using hay for starting the brash fire was handy, and the 15 gallons of used veg oil helped too 😂

I know if it was oil there id would be some on some beach retired. I'd buy Trevor his own digger!
