Coipdnt believe this was on utube. Ive taken mine to peices because 4 years ago the primer bulb was eaten by a mouse. I bodged it with a marrigold glove finger tip and two tie wraps for the day I needed it and ordered one from ebay. Replaced it two weeks later and ive since had sproket worn to dead, replaced and now the fuel pipes were like bone china. Shattered to dust. Taken it to bits now I jave some fuel line and jesus it was tight. I heated the pipe up with a lighter and pulled it and it stretched and tapered. So was easiky able to feed it in and pull through with fishing forceps. But the gasket on the carb broke too. So ill order another tonighg but those bloody fuel lines and where they went. Id have gotten it the wrong way round 🤣 Brilliant vid mate and a big thank you cause ive had mine for 28 years. Ive replaced everytbing else with sthil but the partner wont die. So if she'll keep on living ill keep her.

6:30 you got the operation right - the fuel line with the filter from the tank goes to the inlet on the carburetor, then from the carburetor to the PURGE bulb, from there back into the tank.

3:07 my version is PARTNER 351, but that hole is double smaller, i got exactly same tube as you do now. How to pull the tube trough it, drill it wider or get other tube? tube that i measured that was there, was exactly with these specs as we are now using... help... pls...

What are the diameter sizes of both pipes, I bought carb kit from Ebay but only the larger pipe was supplied. Both pipes on mine disintegrated as soon as I moved the carb. Great video by the way.

The yellow fuel line is 3/32-inch ID x 3/16-inch OD x one foot long and the blue fuel line is 1/16-inch ID x 1/8-inch OD x one foot long

I think the thin tube is the exhaust, not the fuel inlet

As far as I know you are correct and there is even a small ”adapter” between the crankcase and the return fuel line.
