Here's a bit of explanation for why I believe each of these types happen. Paranoid Peter - This one's usually really simple. Either you're greening out, went out in public while high, are with someone who you can't let them know that you're high, or you already deal with anxiety issues. Mary With the Munchies - First, as Chains said, eating while high is a lot more fun, so there is that. Also, being high usually gives your body a "hunger-like" feeling, even if you just ate beforehand. Therefore, it's easy to start snacking on stuff and be unable to stop. Chill Charlie - This is basically the type of high that I call a "chill/vibe high". You find a nice comfy spot to sit and just enjoy the sounds of the world around you. You usually think stuff like "Man, life is too precious for us to be on our feet 24/7. It's good to take a break like this," and you basically become Chill Charlie. Sleepy Sam - Being high can make you tired depending on the person. If you're already worn out from a long day, the high will usually make you want to lay down (but in a good way). Laying down in a warm comfy bed while high is amazing by the way. George with the Giggles - First off, you're already in the type of "happy" high where you have a big smile on your face. Secondly, your brain is constantly thinking of happy and funny things, and it will make very weird connections. For example, you might see static on a TV screen, but it somehow reminds you of a funny memory from four years ago, so you start laughing. In this type of high, life basically feels like a "Try Not to Laugh" challenge. Mumbling Martin - Being high can make you more sensitive to certain stimuli. Some highs make you more sensitive to sound, which is sort of what happens here. In this type of high, everything is louder than usual. Therefore, when you start talking, it sounds like a normal volume compared to everything else you're hearing, but in reality, you're just mumbling too quiet enough for your friends to hear. Coughing Carl - Simple, you just smoked weed instead of ingesting it. This is why I prefer edibles. Sober Sophia - Now, this is easily the most complex type of high person imaginable. If you look *really* closely at the way she says "No", you might be able to figure out that she is in a special type of high called a "not high" high. Although, it's extremely subtle, so if you didn't catch that, don't worry about it. Immobilized Eric - This is the type of high where you get really deep into your head, so much so that your imagination is taking you to other universes. It sometimes can feel like you left your own body and begun flying through the cosmos, while your "body" is back on earth, not moving a muscle. Philosopher Phil - This is another "deep-thinking" kind of high, except this time, you start thinking about wisdom. Ironically enough, this type of high commonly happens in people that don't normally think philosophically on a daily basis. Being high becomes an outlet for those people to finally start thinking deeper about life. Now, the "philosophical" things you can think about can sensical or nonsensical. To your high brain, it always feels like the most groundbreaking philosophical discovery that you've thought of.

The other night I smoked and it was an experience. I went through a variety of stages and it was wonderful. I had the music stage where I chucked in my air pods and I could literally feel the lyrics and rhythm of the song harmonising with my soul. I had the laughing stage where absolutely everything was hilarious. I had the debating stage where I had a series of heated discussions with my mate about how back 200 years ago people were allowed to smoke in bars but if it was today people would just vape in bars instead, discussion got extremely serious with many different points of arguments. I also had the paranoid schizo stage where I was hearing voices talk to me, things were slinking behind my back before I could get rid of them and of course the man with 4 arms outside the window who had his hand through the wall and was shaking the bed. Truly a wonderful night.

One of the best high experiences I ever had was me (a George), my roommates (a George and a Peter), and our buddy (a Sophia). Sophia had to walk across campus to get his stuff and then come back for a sleepover, so the rest of us decided to go with him on a fun little night walk. All the high people had linked arms, because I've noticed that Georges tend to be cuddlers as well. When a loud-ass car drove past us, the Peter freaked tf out and started running, dragging me and the other George along. We obviously thought this was hilarious and nearly pissed ourselves laughing.
