A strong core helps in many of your daily activities from carrying your groceries to bending down to tie your shoes. A weak core can cause poor posture, back pain, increased fatigue and makes it hard to balance, leaving you more prone to falling.
A strong core is beneficial to everyone and allows your body to function properly through life!

Awesome! So glad you are enjoying! Yes, since this is a more gentle ab routine, every other day should be fine! Of course listen to your body and you can add another rest day in between if needed. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions! ❤️
