I do this routine in the morning. Helps with the fatigue later on. :)

Thank you , it’s so hard to find exercises suitable for people with limited mobility, caused by a progressive disease. I don’t have MS but Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis DISH, it makes people frightened to move due to pain. Then Range of motion decreases and weakness increases. It’s a long tunnel with no U turns. But I’m actually having a sort of slight remission at the moment so came to search for exercises such as this. I realise you made this for the MS society but some extra hashtags may help others who need this find your great video.
