I am from Siliguri in Darjeeling district We generally use Assam tea with some Darjeeling tea in together. And this mixture will give you a perfect strong flavour for making milk tea and the perfect Aroma of Darjeeling tea So I think you should try it.

Great video. Assam tea should not be dipped too long. It becomes bitter. It should be dipped for a short period, which gives it a very strong smell but mild taste. Please make a video with all Indian tea. There are so many varieties in India itself.

Butter tea is supposed to be salty. It’s a traditional tea of Tibetan and we as a Tibetan love butter tea. May be you need to try an authentic Tibetan butter tea 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tapioca is mainly a starch that is extracted from Cassava (a tuber crop). The blackish pearl you are talking about is actually tapioca pearl... It is similar to Sabudhdana in taste and texture but only differ in colour. I've studied a bit about this as I am a horticulturist
