This is a great go-to practice example for those of us novices. However, I've always used your music as a form of meditation, many song help me regulate amongst the agitating and confrontational forces I encounter. I especially love those like Gossimer Wings and Try A Little Understanding that I use as a mantra for encouragement, endurance, and protection, of which your catalog has an ample supply!

Just to clarify, condemning someone means to express strong disapproval or to judge them harshly. Simply saying that I pray to Jesus instead of using meditation doesn't fit that definition at all.
