Gosh... just found this video today...beautful luxurious home I gave full credit for the new cabinetry in the garage to put away all your basic electrician tools, etc...That hidden storage fridge behind d wall gave me an idea for Jewish people for separating their meat products from dairy products or putting away their kosher foods, ❤bidet/powder room...garage/pool 10/10

As usual for a house in this price range--no kitchen cabinets above the counters. At first I though it at least had 2 cabinets, but turned out they were panels covering the range hood. Have to store stuff in cabinets below the counters, or on the side wall, or in the pantry.

@@chakits1 Haven't visited them, but have seen videos and most of them are designed by deranged kitchen designers who think kitchen cabinets above the counters are out of style. They usually just have "display" shelves. They also have those exposed wine "displays" exposing the wine to light and UV radiation, which will ruin any decent wine. It's all for show, not my style.

I really like this house especially because it's single story. I think that the only thing that I would've done differently is put the Primary suite away from the other rooms. 🤔

Builder did say that he put batt insulation inside the interior walls to keep noise transfer down. However, with those hard floors, I think they need to put some kind of weather stripping on the bottom of the bedroom door (to block noise, not weather).

Grand abode! Zonking the "gym." HE the builder should shoulder putting more equipment. Then that small space called a fitness center is justifiable. Zonk 2. Unjustifiable is 0 media room at this cost point. Glad a commentator flagged. The home is roomy, plentiful natural light. The ironing board a creative florish. 3/4 ⭐️

There is no mud in Vegas. No heavy coats or boots to hang up or store. The game room can easily be converted to a home theater or gym. Price is a bit high, but is fully gated community.

@@chakits1 Bottom line is that there are a lot of wealthy people moving to LV, and some will pay over market price for a home already built in a gated community, rather than wait a year to build one. If not, the price will come down.

Sounds like it was built for a specific buyer, but they only lived there a short time or maybe never moved in. Builder mentioned that the buyer wanted the garage storage converted to indoor living space for a small gym. But now the home is listed for sale as resale, but being sold by the builder, which is a little strange for a resale?

I am more into a moody pallet within these houses but I really like this one... just wish it had a lot of land in a none HOA so I can do as I please with no one telling me what to do...I may just have to build far from Vegas on land zoned for it and add the things needed just to get what I want with no neighbors, HOA, and having the land... LOL

There are two HOA fees, one is $72 and the other is $680 for a total of $752 per month. There is a Country Club, Fitness Center, Golf Course, Live Manned Guard Security to get into the subdivision. Not sure whether there are any extra charges for Country Club, golf course, etc.

Vegas is ridiculously overpriced. Anyone who buys right now is going to be underwater within the next year or two. This home, in particular, is going for way more cash/sqft than the other homes in the neighborhood. Nothing more than greedy builders hoping a sucker with money and no brains comes along and pays that astronomical price.
