Glad you asked about how many dishwasher, I also like that they had a door on the master suite bathroom, it seem like in Vegas when you get to 5 mil and above people just free balling for everyone who walks in, but you should have also asked if those toilets where bidets, I would hope I don't have to wipe my butt for 9 million, otherwise you just installed Walmart toilets. Chaktis! This is a great home, my girlfriend and I are looking for a place in the Vegas area and are coming from San Diego. The owner I’m sure is a great guy however it was a hard to watch this hearing his voice dragging out every sentence. Although he knows the most about this home and I’ve never seen your other videos i guarantee you if you gathered the info about the home and did the tour yourself I’m sure the video would have succeeded much more. You are the main character in this channel and you should be the one with the most lines in this video because that’s what you’re good at where as his strong point is build a home. It's a gorgeous home on the outside but did they install a water membrane in the shower/bathtubs and the niches in the showers? I also saw a water spot on the roof. Does the roof have drainage? You will have a beautiful view out to the strip but once they start building sky scrapers your view is gone.😒😒
