First of all, Brian you are the best home tour person I’ve seen! Most tours are boring and don’t know the details like you do and you know how to use your words. Anyway, the house is awesome, I love it!! It could use an outdoor kitchen and wish it was in a better neighborhood in Las Vegas. Thanks for the great tour!

I have seen a beautiful home in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for 5 million dollars right on the beach 3 level with a magnificent pool on the second level. Just Magnificent Home. The entrance alone is Spectacular. I also seen a home in La Jolla California right on the beach at 108 million dollars. Notice the price difference. The one in P.V. has 3 levels with all levels having ocean views, and the one in La Jolla is two levels and an Ocean View. I was always told by my father who is a retired Income Tax Consultant to save every penny you worked for hard for. Amen!

Although I like the accent wood walls & ceilings, I still like to have wood floors through the house. That stove burner inside of the porcelain surface is to George Jetsonian for me. I have to see a grill with fire. The Casita has a guest bathroom. Wow! And finally a real size home swimming pool in Vegas.😎

Great home, love the lot size, it looks like it’s in the Scotch ‘80s. However, not guard gated & I have recently looked in the area & while the home is gorgeous I noticed that the area has changed. I’m not in the 5m$ range, more like $1-2M but either way I wouldn’t spend it here. Great tour! Beautiful Home! ❤❤ love Bryan though! 😊

This home checks all the boxes and then some! To me the second kitchen can be separated simply by closing the door so you don't smell up the whole house that is a huge PLUS along with the huge garage, extra extra large backyard ,and a very well equipped casita...The only thing I would do is add a custom BBQ pit ( I know it goes against the grain on this property, with all the induction cooking, but that gravel pit would be a perfect spot!) Thank you for touring this property!

Let's say it's nice. Awesome Job done. Good combination of Tones. Spectecular Backyard. Frontyard a little bit to large in my Opinion. Useless Space. But anyway it's gorgeous. In the Area behing the Casita - i would built a Gym. Presented by a man who knows the Stuff. Thanks for sharing.

Solar is a bit "hit and miss". Certainly not an "investment" however. So most flippers aren't going to invest in adding solar since say a $70K unit will only return about $20K after. Leased / assumed financing are now KILLING the values on homes. So if it's not paid, you'll most likely DECREASE the value of the property.

Wow, this is still for sale... its a wonderful home that if I had the cash I would purchase... I suppose someone with that type of money has a lifestyle that is exposed a bit on who they are and how much they worth... they would want privacy and more security being in that area... I mean they would have to cover the cost of armed guards and what not and then trusting them to not screw them over... Now, I have to find out how to get rich without being known as rich but then again you purchase something like this even not known you may become target for the HOOD MF'ers who are seeking to get paid.... I would have to see how safe the location is and if not that safe place a police station closer to my home... Now that is just me thinking people are a bit to much because this should have sold by now... I like the access to the side of the garage where a vehicle look like it can drive down without going through the garage... that way if you build a garage out back rent the tiny house out for 2500 or more dollars or I would ask my mom if she want to stay in the main home or that tiny home since she's going to be on the east coast most of the time... either way if I had the funds it would be mine plus them taxes... so yeah I more than likely would lease out the tiny home....LOL

Beautiful home with exquisite detail, like the minimalist induction stove, cabinetry, and pass thru garage, but the location looks awful, especially for $5.5M. The only thing that helps is all the privacy you get from the vegetation on the perimeter. Also, that first bathroom isn't a "powder room" if it has a full shower. Technically, it's a 3/4 bath because the only thing missing is a tub. Lastly, that bathroom with the window to the garage is just WEIRD, and unless you're 7' tall, that showerhead was made for kids. You nearly bumped your head on it, buddy. 😏 Overall, I agree with you 💯 percent: it's a lot of value for the price! Good luck selling it!
