there is another one, which i’ve only seen in one context. a professor was talking about some results in descriptive set theory, and they were trying to do some proof, of the kind of “for all things with this property, they have this other property”. but then… it turned out it was false. someone showed the existence of a counter example by showing that the class of objects that satisfy the hypothesis and the class of objects that satisfy the conclusion are different. so there must be something that contradicted that hypothesis. to this day, no one knows how to get to a concrete counter example.
