Welcome to my channel, I hope you will enjoy it :)
No more hiding Jess = No more hiding my true self & no more hiding from situations that scare me (avoidance), whilst documenting along the way.
I suffer with Depression, Chronic anxiety, Panic disorder, PTSD & Agoraphobic tendencies, among other things.
Please feel free to ask me questions or leave a comment - I will do my best to respond as best as I can.
I plan to make this channel more of a positive place with videos documenting my progress during treatment & general views on the problems I have or run into.
Just a few points I need to make.
Trigger warning: This channel will be dealing with subjects including mental heath issues like Anxiety, Depression, Panic attacks, Agoraphobia, therapy & medication.
Please be aware of this if you know you are susceptible to these subjects being a trigger for you. I will always try to mark a video if I suspect it to be especially triggering.
Offensive comments will be seen as unacceptable - I want to keep a positive environment as much as possible.

Yay! You did it!!!! Well done, you should be super-proud. I struggle to do 11 videos in 11 weeks, much less 15 days so its a massive achievement. I probably ought to try and film something this week. I'm feeling a bit blah and uninspired at the moment. Could Fuzzbot be any more gorgeous? SO cute. Also, your nails look so pretty - très festive! xoxo

***** Haha the fuzzies are such camera ho's ;) Thanks Beth! (A month later I read this but it still means just as much!) I hope I can be more consistent on both channels in 2015 - I don't like one taking over the other you know? I worked so hard on the content for this channel & it's this that gave me the confidence to start the other - I feel like I'm neglecting the poor thing! (Even though I'm editing a video for it tonight lol) xx
