@@Rooistar some Missions start with an captured Portal. There are some txt Files in the game folders for each Mission where you can Set your number of creatures from Portals to 0. Some early mission scripts break this way (getting a library) Just skip some Missions of the Challenge and visit them later

With the map editor, you can effectively make custom missions. It would be interesting to see you design a mission that is challenging for yourself, then you could also make it publicly available.
