thoughts on the ziggs nerf in 13.23?

Honest opinion, kinda just wished they reverted the Q radius buff. 10 damage off Q, cd nerf on W, and mana nerf on satchel seems like a lot. Early game satchel nerf could be significant as its a whole 4 seconds of you potentially getting ganked or making a play on your laner. 15 mana kinda hurts but with my playstyle, i don't use the ability that much so it shouldn't be too significant but it definitely hurts.

their team was generally squishy, ranata didnt go locket, xayah is squishy, azir is squishy, kindred is squishy, and yorick can sometimes not be that tanky.
