Universities can save spaces for South Africans by immediately putting a moratorium in admission of foreign international students to preserve space for SOuth Africans. Minister can direct universities to suspend admission of SADC, Africa and the world foreign students.

This would not be a problem if FET College were effective. A majority of your workers from BWW, Audi, and Mercedes went to FET colleges, not universities. Apprenticeships must be re-introduced in SA if the Government is serious about creating jobs.
