We moved to a different field this morning.
The north half was a little weedy. The south half - oofta!
Now, I know there will be comments about that being nothing compared to what others have seen this year. I TOTALLY get it. But even this amount makes the day extra long.
And then throw in header issues - and rocks.
Needless to say, the day ended with a beer!
Tomorrow is a new day!

A cable was broken. I couldn’t run it properly. When I hit the button to make it go down, it went all the way down to the ground. Then I would raise it. But with rocks all over the place, it made for a very long afternoon. When you need to do this job, all pieces need to work properly.

Nice video to watch! It seems that the further north you go in Montana, the more rocks you get! Probably it has something to do with the Rocky mountains? Last night I was looking through my old DVDs and found the Centennial series. Maybe you know it too. As a child I always thought that was a great series. When I went to watch the first part last night, the Misssouri river came into view. Then Ithought; 'funny, it also appears in your videos!'. I noticed that it is a very big river! Kind regards, Marco

hello Tracy, God appears to have blessed you with eagle eyes, as you navigate your combine through a minefield of rocks and weeds. About 25 years ago I worked with one...I was walking to do something & he nearly ran over me with pickup (I had swung my arm back, jumping out of way, my arm hit front of pickup as he went by about 60 MPH) I told boss about it...The boss said "I need to be MORE CAREFUL" !!! The NEXT day he did the exact same thing to BOSS...The Boss said "Did U see that!!!" I said "Yah U need 2 B more Careful LOL, well that's what U told ME!!"
