What is I don’t have evidence to show but I need a chance to explain my self to and officer about what happened? Can I skip the evidence portion?

Generally, there may be a risk of denial even if an explanation is submitted without evidentiary support. All depends on the reviewing officer. It is recommended that you get your case evaluated by an experienced immigration attorney.

my N400 was denial because i forgot to put my other divorces and in the interview i didn't had the right time pf my divorces so they say i lie yhey denial for lack of moral but they send me a letter that i can fill my n336 what do you recommend it? i have my divorces papers and it was my mistake not to put everything in my n400

Your videos are always very useful..our citizenship is denied because we went on parole for 368days..now we have revived a letter from USICS . it’s written we can apply again after 4years and one days..is it possible that we can apply again after our continious period of four year.

If an application is submitted in 4 years and 6 months, a person may not be subject to show a presumption of a break in residence.
