I just received my denial noticed. I've lived here for 14 yrs and been married to the same person. I worl out of state and I used the out of state address since I am there most of the time because of my job as a live in caregiver. They said on my interview that they go with the address on the federal tax. They just flat out denied my application. Am I at fault?

Hi I was recently denied my N400 at the interview due to moral character. Long story short 2 years ago I was arrested for DV. However I was actually the victim but they arrested me because I didn’t tell the truth. I was scared that he might Kill me if they arrested him. He had scratches from work and claimed I did them. Hi I applied for citizenship and I passed the reading writing and 6 questions and officer said office will make final decisions within 2weeks but after interviews they asked me some yes or no questions from the application. When after 2 months I got letter it’s said denied because I made mistakes one of yes or no questions. So what should I do now? Should I have to reapply for the test. Here is my case. Thank you for the information. I had my citizenship interview last week on Nov. 9th, 2022 and the officer told me that I stayed long time the out of the US. in the last 5 years. 937 days. So the missing days of my are 24 days. Later they sent me a mail that says that I am not eligible for naturalization. Accordingly, USCIS must deny my application for naturalization. So what can I do now? When and how can I reapply? Hi sir, pls i need advice, i filed n400 with pending n400, i had my combo interview and passed the civic and english test but they send me a Noid notice because of my foreign divorce decree and have only 30 days which i know that is not enough time to get it coz it took 1 month to release the doc from other country. The reason why some people get denied of N400 is because they are not following the instructions on the application form,and they don't remember what they sign on the application,and some don't have strong supporting documents

I'm a male and I lived in US at that time, but I didn't have a green card. I have got my green card only when I was 31 years old. Before that I was just an immigrant waiting for my case interview. My TLC license was there 22ste back and I got my green card on 2016 this license was made 22 yrs back for which I was bared for 5 yrs but after 7 yrs I applied for my visa and I got it starring on annosment class entry doesn’t constitute ineligibility now they can deny my N400 on this case I went for interview I explain them everything but they didn’t approve it and I pass written civic English test but the write we can’t make decision on your case yet

She needs to have all records together, all paperwork worked. Hope she didn't throw them away...she needs to answer on her application no lies. She needs to be prepared with documents from court, police,probation, community service records, all those yellow papers minute order from court, her probation certificate of release, jail records if she was arrested...and all taxes transcripts, etc.etc....and tell her this a nightmare ! Because when you appy on line they ask you lots of weird questions,and after you submit it, they make wait and wait for months!!! Tell your sister not to be scared, but for my own experience I was scared then I got my interview , and past the test...but they want more evidence in order to give me citizenship!!! So don't give up....because I dont....good luck

Hello citizens of America.2 weeks ago I did pass my test,every thing, I did answer the all questions. The officer was very nice and polite...he said I missed the oat ceremony by 20 minutes, then he said,that I will receive my letter for the ceremony on 2 weeks.i was so excited...today I got the letter ,stating I need more evidence from a misdemeanor that is expunged. But the evidence they're asking is like I can write a mystery book ,because I don't have much paper work of this incident since 14 years ago....if any of you have had a misdemeanor or a felony, don't throw away any paperwork!!! Even save the toilet paper from the court bathroom!! Be prepared, have all your records ready, don't hide anything! You should see the amount of evidence they're requesting!!! Now what's next....thanks I'm still alive...thank you guys and girls
