those gnarled trees would make an interesting subject Michael. well done as always.

Very successful seperation of foreground and background. Although the bushes seem a dark sombre green in the video, you have managed to lighten up the coulers withought being too obvious. And i love the distant hills. Your comment on alizarin crimson just ,akes me want to experiment ! Hope you keep safe in the storms.

The result looks good (and the process looked fun). Did you not include the interesting trees on the right because they would have pulled the eye to far away from the focal point of the picture? Where did you want the focal point of your picture to be?
@chamberlainpaintings10 ай бұрын
If I painted those trees they would have blocked the view. They’d make an interesting subject. Maybe I’ll paint them next time. The focal point is the tip of the distant land

Hi Michael, what is a good brand of alizarin crimson? (the OG non permanent stuff) I'm just about out of my permanent alizarin and would like to get a tube of the good stuff. Thanks! Also, have you ever painted up in British Columbia? I'm heading out on a trip to the west coast of Vancouver Island, gonna try and sneak in a painting or two.

Wow, so the moon sits in your 7th house in the sign of Libra.. Which means that the nakshatra(which reveals deeper info) that rules your 7th house is (Swati) meaning.."the sword" or "independence". It's symbol is a young sprout swaying in the wind, coral. It's God is the wind god (vayu). The mythology behind this nakshatra is that vayu was the purifier that represented breath that sustained all life. The godess saraswati is also associated with this nakshatra. She was the godess of learning, education, and the arts 🎨 The people with their moon in this nakshatra exel in the fields of music, literature and art. Financial and business successes are part of their gifts. They are blessed with the art of communication, knowing how to reveal their knowledge and interest, and are curious and eager to learn. Some are very physcic and intuitive, high strung and shallow. They strive for independence but are always survivors. Swati also translates as "the priest" and they are learned in theology. Because of their Vata nature they must be careful of a diet causing too much wind. ...This all sounds very accurate just based off of what I've seen on your youtube channel..😁 Hope you enjoyed that information.. I can't wait till I'm officially certified so that I can read your whole chart :)

I'm not a weirdo or anything, haha. I'm currently studying Eastern Vedic Astrology and the best way to become a better astrologer is to practice reading different birth charts 💫 No worries if you're not comfortable with sharing that information publicly.
