The scout challenge was so symbolic. The red scout had doubts about whether he could do it or not. Red Heavy took this opportunity to prry on scout's insecurities. He pushed him aside to little success, and tried to lift it with all his might, but no matter what he did, in the end, without anyone backing, he'd never be able to accomplish it. Blue heavy and scour had a vastly different mentorship, where blu heavy chose to support blu scout, thus giving him the strength to lift with ease. The moral here is to believe in others to believe in yourself. Pikachu poopy cat.
