His size varies also sometimes he might shrink himself to become as small as a mountain or grow to become so big that his hands alone can hold galaxies. He is probably the biggest champion in the league if you don't include the fact that Cho'gath can become infinitely bigger based on how many planets or stars he eats while Aurelion has a limit to how big he can grow. (Cho is pretty much not cannon yet in the story since he is extremely outdated. So Aurelion is currently the biggest)

Since Riven is female, and on average females are shorter than males that would make sense for her being slightly shorter. So she is likely about the height of Ahri/Yasuo. If you watched the animated shorts that League made you would see where im drawing these conclusions.
