I'll give everyone a free tip,, if you get new glasses like me when you're trying them in on at the shop do what I did and take your helmet to the shop and try the glasses on In the shop with your helmet on,, I did feel a bit of a wally with my helmet on but I soon got used to it, it allows you to see how your glasses fit on the helmet,, it allows you to practice putting them on seeing how they fit,, also remember the size of the the lenses of the glasses can't be to big in the helmet of they might cause you issues of fitment. ..but more to the point it allows you to get the glasses adjusted by a professional who can get the fit correct and advise you. Personally, I opted to get anti-glare and lenses that are light reactive ...one main thing I forgot to mention try not to do what I did and get glasses with a rubber piece on the end , its good because it helps the glasses sit on behind the ears without moving, bit it can obviously be a struggle to put them on between the helmet and your face.

so you just ignored the fact that alot of helmets fog up the glasses when you breathe and have the visor down?

As soon as you start riding, that goes away. Or just open your vent slightly. I can't keep my glasses from riding up and out of position, but I've not had any problems dealing with fog.
