The gentleman from Centum are spot on. As tourists, the times we visited Kenya, what we found as an issue is you have these beautiful homes both rural, mid and upper class but there were no amenities nearby, the urban planning was missing, sewage facilities missing, flood prevention, many of the surrounding roads were not tarmacked to name a few. Worst of all, you had all these popup shops setup on the outer gates of properties and there was no regulation. Anyone just setup whatever they wanted; areas were dirty around those small shops and very unsafe, especially those who sold certain items. Urban Planning is a VERY critical component before building anything.

Great comment. I agree with you, we need to be more organized and enforce the rules and laws. I'm in Mombasa and some big shots just recently stole land and decided to build whatever bs houses they want .... And the government is just sitting on its hands.

The issue here is promoting Centum when there projects have been stalled for more than 3 yrs no active construction going on them appealing to Diaspora for funds and yet there is no work going on. Am specifically talking about Cascadia People be ware be smart even big companies can fail you

How does one work with centum, I'd like to build a city like theirs but with a unique twist. I have tried to reach out to the MD via linked in with no results, tho he did eagerly accept an invite from my ex employee... A white female. Come on brother... Get your shit right.
