Well Lemmie trade my crypto, no matter what 17,000,000 for a two bedroom apartments is inflated. I’m actually building a 20 unit 1&2 bedroom units, haven’t completed them, but up to roofing, it has taken me 18M. You can do your math there, which is a better investment. Unless you get corruption money, this is dumping of your cash. Sorry not hating anyone’s hardwork.

@@enocklumbasi5249 it can be to close to everything but honestly 17M for a two bedroom is a little inflated. When a country grows with it’s citizens, majority of it’s people should be able to afford. Look at average middle class salary and this prices.For me i maybe wrong , this encourages inequality, that triggers corruption. Most developed countries middle class are able to afford buying properties without stealing.
