Questions to be answered: 1. If fans are going to work to bring some one else to power, what benefit do they get having invested their time and money. If you are employing workers for a Marriage, you at least pay them salary. So, first clarify your funding method. Whether it's going to be Publicly funded like AAP. Party workers can then put effort and get compensated for performing all the work not necessarily in terms of money but in terms of food, necessities etc.This is nothing selfish. They are ready to invest their personal time. This is minimum you should do to give back. 2. When Annadurai or Karl Marx or even Kejriwal created a wave, a revolution, they did it by reaching out to people via various media, public speaking, continuously spreading their ideology. So I hope Rajni will not wait for the wave to form on its own. He has to reach out and create the wave. Now already people are equating this to Senthil (or Vadivelu?) comedy where he will promise villagers that he will lift a mountain and make them assemble.. and finally he will ask villagers to join together and lift the mountain to place on his head. 3. There's difference between 'Educated' and 'Good' people. Was Kamarajar educated? Are you going to completely ignore anyone from your fan club for top posts? Better clarify that you will also consider fans in the selection for top posts. Right now it gives a feeling that you will only select outsiders who are educated. What educated? I see lot of educated people going in cars and bikes in roads in wrong direction or not following traffic rules or even not worried about any injured people in road accident, but only worried about reaching their office or home and being highly selfish. Your fans will do all the heavy lifting and these people will just walk their way to top posts? Is this right? You make it clear whether you will consider your fans for these posts and also involve your fans in finalizing a candidate so that they at least can have their views counted. If you totally ignore them, you are going to go no where. 4. Please try to have more good, qualified people around you. Form a team now itself with the IAS officers and others. At present, it seems those who are advising you are only destroying your confidence so that you yourself are claiming that Stalin and Edappadi are Jaambavaans. Let Sasikala come out and we can see how Edappadi reacts. You hardly realize your own potential, and that's because you don't have good advisers around. 5. There's a lot a Government can do, but it is not doing currently. If i list that out, i can keep going. For instance, A Government must ensure Businesses are conducted in a fair manner. But even Cinemas are crippled with piracy, there's politicians making business out of schools, colleges etc and there's completely unfair trade practices every where. Then, Labor laws.. people are made to work for very low wages. A electrician in USA or a Cab driver there gets lot of respect, protection and decent pay compared to people here. Even those people who get high salary like IT people, work like slaves for their corporate bosses, donating their personal time with no labor law protection. There are a number of problems like these, that you can describe and suggest solution and promise to fix. So give a high level view of your plans for future like a mini election agenda, giving your vision so that people will start noticing. I have great ideas, but no one will notice me. You have the popularity and intention, but you are pulling yourself down.

Thank for explaining Rajini's context. As a common man who eagerly waits for a political change , I want these explanation, clarity, preciseness and interpretation to come from Rajini's speech rather from your videos. If that comes, half of the battle is won. People will get clear vision, analyse and follow Rajini. As you said, Rajini is very person, but we are between crocodiles which can go any deep to occpy position. Among them, being just good person will not help. One of similarities in Gandhiji, Vivekananda, perarighar Anna, and MGR is their magical speech that magnet people towards them. Rajini, wanting to be a game changer, has to attract common people (not his fans and RMM members) and that should be primary objective right now. Hope you understand and do the needful so that we all together can bring most awaited and long felt polotical change.

Questions to be answered: 1. If fans are going to work to bring some one else to power, what benefit do they get having invested their time and money. If you are employing workers for a Marriage, you at least pay them salary. So, first clarify your funding method. Whether it's going to be Publicly funded like AAP. Party workers can then put effort and get compensated for performing all the work not necessarily in terms of money but in terms of food, necessities etc.This is nothing selfish. They are ready to invest their personal time. This is minimum you should do to give back. 2. When Annadurai or Karl Marx or even Kejriwal created a wave, a revolution, they did it by reaching out to people via various media, public speaking, continuously spreading their ideology. So I hope Rajni will not wait for the wave to form on its own. He has to reach out and create the wave. Now already people are equating this to Senthil (or Vadivelu?) comedy where he will promise villagers that he will lift a mountain and make them assemble.. and finally he will ask villagers to join together and lift the mountain to place on his head. 3. There's difference between 'Educated' and 'Good' people. Was Kamarajar educated? Are you going to completely ignore anyone from your fan club for top posts? Better clarify that you will also consider fans in the selection for top posts. Right now it gives a feeling that you will only select outsiders who are educated. What educated? I see lot of educated people going in cars and bikes in roads in wrong direction or not following traffic rules or even not worried about any injured people in road accident, but only worried about reaching their office or home and being highly selfish. Your fans will do all the heavy lifting and these people will just walk their way to top posts? Is this right? You make it clear whether you will consider your fans for these posts and also involve your fans in finalizing a candidate so that they at least can have their views counted. If you totally ignore them, you are going to go no where. 4. Please try to have more good, qualified people around you. Form a team now itself with the IAS officers and others. At present, it seems those who are advising you are only destroying your confidence so that you yourself are claiming that Stalin and Edappadi are Jaambavaans. Let Sasikala come out and we can see how Edappadi reacts. You hardly realize your own potential, and that's because you don't have good advisers around. 5. There's a lot a Government can do, but it is not doing currently. If i list that out, i can keep going. For instance, A Government must ensure Businesses are conducted in a fair manner. But even Cinemas are crippled with piracy, there's politicians making business out of schools, colleges etc and there's completely unfair trade practices every where. Then, Labor laws.. people are made to work for very low wages. A electrician in USA or a Cab driver there gets lot of respect, protection and decent pay compared to people here. Even those people who get high salary like IT people, work like slaves for their corporate bosses, donating their personal time with no labor law protection. There are a number of problems like these, that you can describe and suggest solution and promise to fix. So give a high level view of your plans for future like a mini election agenda, giving your vision so that people will start noticing. I have great ideas, but no one will notice me. You have the popularity and intention, but you are pulling yourself down.
