@@rawtorque8714 You recall wrong. They were having a friendly conversation and they brought up a practice pull to see where chance was at. John said ok whenever you want we can pull practice or a serious match if you would like cause he wanted to see if his training was coming along. So no, no one called anyone out and people like y'all made it out what it is now. It all started out as something casual.

Just goes to show how great John really is. The man is now age 57, has long time shoulder injuries, wear and tear throughout the years, not as strong nor as fast as he used to be but still able to pull this off. The man is truly the goat & humble 👏🔥 There's no shame in losing to him. You did very well. 👍

Excellent showing from Chance. John's hand just a bit too much, but the difference wasn't huge. Also that first round restart shows that if you're a hook puller you're going to have a miserable time trying beat Chance. Chance can now join the list of greats that have all lost to John, from Cleeve Dean to Cyplenkov and every freak in between.

"but the difference wasn't huge" - yeah whatever. As the game went on he clearly slipped further and further.

Not huge? Cmon. This was a one way match. John hasn't pulled in a professional match in how many years? And pulled it off like a training sesh. Should've been 4-0. This was a one way match. Even with the straight to strap rules in first 4 matches.

I think the difference was significant bit it also wasn't huge. Significsnt means big enough to seriously matter regarding the matches outcome. But, like people say, that difference can be as small as 5% to be imbalanced in actual fact. What's happened here is most likely John was 5%, maybe a little more than chance in side and much stronger in hand, so he used hand to win decisively.

It isn't huge like Krasimir vs Laletin, but it is very much obvious, and John would win 99 tiens out of 100

Hook pullers aren't going to have a hard time, Corey certainly didn't, this is a decrepit Brzenk for lack of a better term that too in the straps with plays into Chance, a young Brzenk would've had him in the hook in no time and would've toyed with him endlessly

That you bring John Brzenk to give 100% performance at the armwrestling table and deserve to win (your gift to him), further your respect and admiration & the gift to John Brzenk went far beyond your personal victory. That honors you to a great extent.

Chance, if you ever read my comment, I just want to say, "Chill bro. Don't be sad. Train more." From the Live streaming I've watched, if only you could workout more on endurance, probably you would have a chance. Not only against John, but other monsters in the Top-8 as well. The thing about John is, if you couldn't hit and beat him using speed and quick burst, you need endurance to wear him out. But yeah, talking is easy. Anyway, kudos to you for keeping us (arm wrestling fans) entertain during this pandemic season.

I don't know what the F is wrong with people nowadays. No one called anyone out. John offered an opportunity and Chance jumped on it. You did amazing going against a man whos hand has the tensil strength of an iron hammer for almost 4 decades. You went way up in my book. I saw your strength against a killer of killers. To hold him up in a supermatch like that is what very very few people on the planet can do even after time off.

Losing is the absolute best thing that could have happened to you. Absolutely all of the greats have lost multiple times on their way to the top. John slapped Devon Larratt I don't know how many times before he was considered #1. You are young Chance, I realize this sport has many greats far above your age but yourself and the other great young phenoms (school boy) will grow together and will eventually be those legendary top 1-5 arm wrestlers in the world.
