I’m in love with Who’s to say. The instrumentation, the cello , the violins, are just fabulous and touch me right in the heart. The last verse is a fantástic tribute to God. This SONG is a diamond. This past Christmas was the most emotional struggle I've ever gone thru 25 and being Santa for my broken family of brothers sisters and mother, who had all recently disbanded. father past away shortly before.
