This prefab house is a repo but is one of the nicest single wides I have ever laid my eyes on! The manufacturer for this house is Cavalier Homes. The model for this home is the “Oaklawn”. This 2018 home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,200 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

It would be helpful to some of your viewers to know door and hallway widths because I am in a wheelchair. Thank you for sharing. Most dealers don't have wheelchair access to lot models, so these videos have been especially illuminating to me.

That is the nicest layout I have ever seen in a single wide! I love the entry! ❤️ (I cannot stand entryways that go right into the living room with just a small square to kick your shoes off) I'm definitely interested in seeing more! Way to go! 😊

This is a really nice home. I would have shelves installed where a stand up freezer would go near the Utility room and turn that into a pantry. I like the layout very much. Nice to have the kitchen area right at the entry. It's a smaller home, but quite practical and affordable to someone who doesn't need all the bells and whistles. Less cleaning to do too! 😃

I am a fan of opening the door into the kitchen upon entry. LOVE IT!! I wish there were more homes made with the kitchen location like this. I hate walking into the livingroom only because that's exactly what I do now since I live in a 1991 14x70 mobile home. What I am not a fan of though is windows that don't open, I love cross breezes on a nice summers day.

This is a very unique single wide! I really like the 2 bedroom option that is displayed in the floorplans. Repos can have some sad stories but it could also be a single person had this and passed away, then no one was willing to take it over. Or they may have moved in with elderly parents and let it go by choice. Whatever the reason, prayers are being sent for their situation.

This is a nice home. It’s unfortunate that there is no dining area but, as you pointed out, there’s optimum seating potential at the two islands. Nice job. Great information. You have given the viewers a new option.

Plus, there’s the extra set of base cabinets in the kitchen. Lots of good storage for people who need it. They could have left the base cabinets out so it could be an eat-in kitchen, but this is a good storage option.

So sorry to whoever lost this beautiful home. This is going to be perfect for someone however that maybe couldn’t afford a bigger budget house. Thank you for your thoughtful presentation of all these homes. Love that you try to give us at least a general idea of price, your they only one that does that. Please if you can continue to show these repo homes , it’s also something nobody else does. It gives people an idea or at least maybe some hope.

I bought a repo (doublewide) 11 years ago. It was 10 yrs. old then. It was in wonderful shape...have redone almost everything since then. My beautiful home...love it!

I love this mobile home! I love that it has a laundry room and it’s a good size, single wides usually don’t have laundry rooms. I love that it has a walk in closet and a linen closet in master bath. I don’t really like that it doesn’t have space for a kitchen table but it is nice that they put a island to use as a table. Please do more videos like this even though it’s sad that someone had to lose their home.

My sister lived in an older modular. Maybe built in the 90's. In the kitchen, there was a hidden door that opened to the utility room. It was a pretty cool set up.

Pretty nice place, for a repo, no damage etc. Unfortunate for the prior owner though.. It is a good price for those of us that need a break in cost for ownership. Glad they didn't damage it out of anger. Tuff situation I'm sure.

I think it's my favorite single wide out of all the homes I've seen on your channel,first because I thought the kitchen would be really comfortable to cook in,well thought out and laid out(with that space around the corner for a freezer) then that tile shower is large enough to be pretty handicap accessible,love this house. I did want to say that if the lot or the bank havent been repairing or cleaning the house since the repo those owners were very clean and respectful to the house

I like that the hallway to the other rooms is at the back of the living room, not the front! I like the picture wall with the panelling for the flat screen. Thats nice.

This home has a “special something” about it. Kinda hard to explain, but whoever lived here before loved their home and took great pride in it. I’ve lost my home too so I understand how it feels to lose it. Anyway…I really like the layout of this. I love the beams in the main living area, the kitchen island and the shower. It’s a beautiful floor plan that I would definitely consider. Very pretty. I love it! 😊

First of all I'm sorry for the family that lost their home..you can tell they loved it...it does have a nice layout..nice entry and kitchen..wonderful laundry area.. I know by today's prices 70k sounds really good but weren't single wides around this price in 2018..so it's probably a tad over priced..ty you for showing a repo. This is a beautiful single wide. I like the kitchen area. I am not a fan of the small closets or the small hallway. I know I am always talking about the hallways or walkways in the homes, but when you have a handicap person that's the way you think about things. I like the master bedroom and it's closest. Thank you for showing this to us.

Unfortunately the majority of people are 1 paycheck away from losing everything including myself…. I went to a 300 sq ft tiny home and though my daughter isn’t fond of it, I love it….I’m a single mother with no type of child support or government help so it helps out tremendously……I feel bad for the family that lost their home and hope they will be able pick up the pieces and move forward to better days!

Hey 21st! That's my financing company- because no bank will finance a single wide here in Michigan even on private land- took a year to find 21st Mortgage. At any rate, I'm glad to see a "used" home in great shape. Gives me a better idea of possible pricing for a used home- So- thanks- and God bless!
