I would want a tub in the master, a combo with the shower! Oh. my. word. about separate personal areas in the master bath. I LOVE that. The LR, dining and kitchen layout is EXCELLENT. I would add more shelves in the pantry, getting rid of the window...AND dividing it in half; secret door, secret 1/2 pantry. This home had me until you got to the primary bathroom. It's unique but not for me. Also can't believe how small the closets were in the primary. While I love a pantry, I'd have to make that the closet for the primary and lose the pantry. Thank you so very much Chance for coming up north.

Agree! My jaw dropped when I saw child sized closets in the master while the kid's rooms had very large closets. I bet the master bedroom would be larger if the double sinks were on one side & the whole bathroom rearranged, including turning those micro closets into bathroom space. The office is a great idea, but I'd eliminate it if necessary, make it smaller & a pantry, & use that space for a decent closet. I LOVED this house until that point, other than color choices (esp the black faucets; I hate black/dark faucets & fixtures).

Really liked this floor plan, was fantastic! As for the bathroom, it would be nice to not clean up after my partner, but I'm not so sure about making eye contact while droppin a deuce. I'd trade 1 commode for 1 soaker tub. Overall one of my absolute favorites you've toured.

Hey Chance 🛎 Good evening everyone 🖐🏾 love from NYC 🗽 Immediately like it. I wish the vents were in the ceiling and there was NO CARPETING. I like the small foyer upon entering. I absolutely love long hallways. Reminds me of my childhood. The kitchen is workable. Not bad at all. Probably change the cabinets to match and the hardware as well. Edit: had to pause on the Floorplan. That's my favorite part of the videos 😂... His and her bathrooms! Now I heard of his and her closets but entire bathrooms... Now that's different. Can't wait to see it later in the video. I'd definitely change the cabinet color in the office. I hope you do a tour of the Casita and Bellisimo. The floor plans look large. Wow as soon as I wrote it, you said it! Find that Casita 2 to tour for us Chance! Ok so I feel the on suite is wasted space. 2 toilets are unnecessary. As a woman, I need me a tub. I think there could've been 2 sinks and one toilet on one side, the shower could remain where it is and a soaking tub could've been on the other side where the toilet and sink are and need a larger closet space. Other than that, Chance this is a home run! Now I'm waiting to see that price! 🙈👀🙄

It has a foyer, a pantry ❤and cabinets that go up to the ceiling! It’s a pretty home and I really like the meandering layout. A water closet, a two-car garage, a deck and a garden tub would’ve made it perfect!

The author does a great job of explaining in easy to understand terms at just the right level for the average do-it-yourselfer. I highly recommend Ryan's Shed Plans.

I think the dual toilets would be 1000% better if there were toilet closets. I can’t actually imagine myself using them at the same time as my husband with that open see through shower being the only thing separating all the pooping. I’m sure other couples are fine with it but we’re not poop in front of each other people.

😮 I really love the design of this home! The only change that I would make to that cool and unique shower in the master; would be to put some kind of glass doors to shut off each side and put up some curtains for privacy. It would be AWESOME for When You would Host a Big Family Party! You could have a Men’s and Ladies’ Room. That would be cool and could be dressed up very beautifully with elegant draperies.

Hello Chance and Cullen....OMG Chance this home is Absolutely Gorgeous 😍....inside and out... love that master bath 🛁... is one for the books absolutely genius. WOW this home is gorgeously staged and those curtains through out the home are absolutely gorgeous the bed had bedspread that matched..the living room was so comfy and cozy....and downright gorgeous 😍... yes a finished basement would be great with it...lots of storage and the closets are in bedrooms were spacious... you can put dressers on the other wall in the closet.... the office is beautiful...working from home after work close the barn doors and work is done for the night...very thought out....I rather have no carpets...the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous 💙....sink under the window and a gas stove is spot on.... They should offer a Murphy bed on the office wall with Cabinets across from the desk!! That would make a WONDERFUL guest room! You could always have them skip the install of those cabinets there and add them in one wall of the pantry or where the basement went if you didn't need it for stairs. Add a Murphy bed from IKEA with storage on the front and a fold down double bed!!!

I like the separation between the rooms. It's not open plan, but it's not closed off, either. They call that style of master bathroom "The Marriage Saver." 😂🚽🚽
