I was just saying to my friend that I want a house with a master bedroom that has its own washer & dryer in the en suite or in a walk in closet and here it is. This place is awesome. The only thing I would change is the dining table in the kitchen. I think I'd rather have an island with bar stools. Beautiful home. ❤

Hey Chance, my child works where this convention was put on at, but saw this home on your channel, sat straight up in the middle of the night, woke up their spouse and needless to say they "designed" their home last weekend 😊. I really liked the layout. All rooms are very spacious. If there is a fireplace and a TV in the bathroom, I won’t get out of it at all.

I was raised on a farm and we had a table in the kitchen to snap beans and shuck corn and what have you We didn’t have islands we did have a formal dinning-room for family gathering I’m in love with this house!!

I absolutely love this home. It has everything I want in a home. I'd take out the 2nd washer and dryer and add shelving for shoe storage. That is my only change.

This is definitely a favorite of mine! Wow! I like the clean and open lines. It's very "modern" ... almost mid-century modern which I love. The light and expansive feel of this design is spot on!

I really love the layout of this house. I love the laundry room and the bedroom sizes. The eat-in kitchen isn't a favorite and I didn't see a pantry. The master closet has a good layout too. It seems ample. The humidor was a strange extra, must have been a sponsored feature. Finally I liked how the foyer did not open to living room. I think it's a good deal.

This house is so stunning, it made my eyes leak... lol But seriously, I LOVE the kitchen, the table in the middle... I even love the gold pulls (& normally I prefer black or brushed nickel)---just the way it is all appointed is PERFECT. I love all the windows, fireplaces, the DRAWERS IN THE BATHROOMS---YES LORD! & the front entrance. I wouldn't necessarily need the W/D in the master, but goodness, this house is close to perfection just as it is! And the price is VERY reasonable for such luxury, space & coziness! Well done, Chase! Chance this home is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! I like you when watching tv I get so relaxed that I fall asleep. My daughter gets tickled at me all the time. I also love the gathering table in the kitchen. I know our family ( me and my daughter, my sister and brother-in-law with my niece, nephew and their families ) would get plenty of use out of it.

I love that Electric Fireplace, it’s the best one I’ve ever seen, just beautiful. Nice Living Room but I do Not like that it doesn’t have a Dining Room & has a Picnic Table in the middle of the Kitchen instead, that would make this house be a hard No for me. I also wouldn’t want a Washer & Dryer inside my Closet, too much dampness could cause Mold to form from lack of air circulation. But a second Washer & Dryer would be great in the Bathroom. Also don’t like All those Windows in the kitchen cause it takes away Cabinets, one nice window in front of the Sink is enough. My favorite room is the Living Room because I love the Fireplace & the one in Master Bath is nice & love that there’s a TV in there too. Thanks for the tour of this unusual house Chance.

This home is huge but cozy. I really liked it. This is the first time I didn’t cringe seeing the kitchen from the front door. Maybe it was the table, but I really liked the interior presentation from the entry.

This is a breath of fresh air! A well-designed different open floor plan that isn't laid out like the rest. I love the table in the kitchen. Brings back a lot of memories where families use to eat in the kitchen. Love the wall oven. Laundry room perfect size. Bedrooms all nice sized. Only changes I would make is to remove W/D from master bedroom & have built in floor bench in shower. Remove fireplace & TV out of bathroom. Just a little bit much for me.

Wow🤩Wee😍! Very well laid out home; but, I really like my formal dining room🤷🏻‍♀️. The 2nd door to the toilet of the 2nd bath needs to be a hideaway. It’ll get in the way in front of the tub. That massive ceiling fan in the living room 🤩 Whoa 🙀. And the master suite 😍😍. The only things I would change are in the master bath. The tub should be a spa bath and the shower needs to be a bit bigger. It doesn’t match the rest of the house😂. FINALLY!!!! A “water closet” that doesn’t make me claustrophobic 👏👏👏. I really like this one and I almost don’t care that there’s no formal dining room. It will look amazing out in the country with a picket fence around a beautiful big yard.

This style kitchen was called an eat-in kitchen from the 1950’s to 1970’s. My grandmother had one, only it was much smaller and we were comfortably packed in for 3 square meals a day. Next door was a lovely dining room that didn’t get use reception for the big holidays. I love eat-in-kitchens. All the leg room in the bathrooms is wasted space.
