Love that pantry!! I rented an apartment that had a walk-in pantry (not as big as this one ) but put extra book shelves in and when my landlords sold the house, every apartment I looked at HAD to have a pantry or I wasn’t interested..I’m renting a house w a nice pantry and it’s incredible how wonderful they are to have!!

Luv this house. Lots of storage. If I bought this, a huge screened in porch would need to be added , maybe two. Need some ADA in all bathrooms. Pantry, island cupboards are awesome. Bathrooms nice but need grab bars, grab bars, etc. I did not see a lamp over dining room table. Loved the laundry room too! Great house Chance and cute little boy. Enjoy him while you can. I would buy this house but would add 3 car garage next to laundry room with door not facing front of house. No light over dining room table and want medicine cabinets too. Great home for a family of upto four children.

I am still at the beginning. I couldn’t wait to comment. Thank God. And, Thank you chance for showing a pantry like this one. FINALLY, a door that I can get my wheelchair through. And be still my heart, a pantry that I can freely get my chair everywhere. Haven’t even seen past the pantry yet. If I just had it, my small family would hear me excited not whining like they do now. I whine in almost every room of our 1350 sq ft “cottage.” It was fine when we moved here in 1986 w my husband & our then 2 yr old son. And for years, I wore an artificial leg. I had no problems. I don’t think builders back then sure didn’t think about wheelchairs. Heck, I didn’t myself. Now, I’m 64 & miserable in this totally NO wheelchair possible “cottage.” I’m gonna go back & watch some more. But, I don’t know that I won’t stop it again to make another comment. Bathrooms & closets are two more biggies. We’ll see. WOW. I’m still blown away by that “pantry sent from heaven!”

Hate the barn doors but love the pantry!!! Finally a kitchen with plenty of drawers! I'll take this house with a housekeeper as well. Love the pantry plus a laundry room with plenty of space to hang your coats, etc. I remember when I bought my double wide about 30 years ago. Long since sold. I had been through a divorce and times had been rough. The day I had signed the mortgage papers for it, the boss had asked me to come in early and it was to tell me that I was being put on workers comp after a back injury (that still hurts). All I could think was I had just signed a mortgage what was I going to do. Well financially it all worked out well. The day came and my church friends helped me move and after they left I remember sitting in the living room and such a wonderful peace washed over me. I got a double-wide that was a park model decorated in 'my' colors no less. But what you said at the end there made me remember who good I felt after all those bad years I had put in. As it turned out since I had worked a bunch of overtime in one of the quarters that they looked at for figuring how much I would get on workers comp (tax free!) was MORE that what I made in a normal pay period. God had provided.

Love this home! The exterior with the shutters. The foyer and coat closet at the front door. All the rooms are large! I love the cabinets at the end of the tub in the guest bathroom. The only things I would change would be to make room for a freezer in the pantry. In the laundry I would close in part of the built-ins for a utility closet. So many of these homes have no place to store the vacuum, mop, broom and etc. Fantastic home Chance!!

Glad to hear the Hot Dog pantry music. That tune should be a permanent feature. The house looks amazing. Great utility room(s). Loved the bench in the Master shower. Nice fireplace in the living room. And that kitchen is enormous. No built-in microwave. Large spacious bedrooms. Out of my price range, but who knows? Maybe I'll win the lottery.
