I absolutely love this house, the foyer is cool gives it a separation of the dinning, kitchen and living area. Big kitchen and love pantry. Love the windows. Nice laundry room. The Master bedroom and bath is my favorite. Big water closet. I love the architecture of this house.

That skirting is wild! I've never seen that before! For such an amazing home, there is a lack of linen closets. Like I guess each family member gets 1 towel, 1 wash cloth and better wash it everyday! Anyways I totally enjoy watching! Keep up the good work!

This home definitely has the WOW factor! I love the entry way!!! YAY it's not right into the living room!!!! YAY!! Beautiful layout. Room to spread out. The closets are wide if not very deep but again it does not have any linen closets! WHY? In a home this expensive and big how can you not have linen closets??? Just where do they want you to store extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc, etc, etc????? Even the exterior is exquisite! It's WAY more money than I would ever be able to handle but I love to look and drool just a little, haha! Thanks Chance!

Love the entrance...the office has a closet so it can also be used as a bedroom. Need at the lease an additional half bath and if there was a storage closet I missed. Stove is too far away from sink and frig, but you do have the triangle...other than that I love it!

Chance, now this is a beautiful home. If I were ordering this home I order it without carpets. The description says four bedrooms. I suppose the "office" could be considered the fourth. This home appears to of excellent quality. 2X6 exterior walls. I also like the fact that the vents are in the ceiling and not the floor. By the way, you need to provide your mother's email if you want us to comment on your hair color. Thanks again. I look forward to some of the other modular homes that you showed as you panned around. They, too, appear to be nicely designed and constructed.

WOW, just walking in what a treat, I am in love with the entry! We’ve made it to the master suite and I haven’t seen any real flaws until now. I’d put the door to the closet on the wall as you walk into that gorgeous master suite. The other bedrooms are a little on the small side but ok. The only thing missing is a linen closet. This was a stellar model! I’ve said it before, I am really liking these older ones more than some of the newer ones. the only thing missing in your older videos is the pantry dance, I get excited when I watch a newer one and you do it. I was shocked when I saw you, if you hadn’t been talking I would have wondered who that was…it’s not bad it was just unexpected. Moms never like us changing.

This well equipped model will cost you $250k plus well, septic system, electrical, gas, internet connection, and permit costs. $300k easy to get it on your property!

This house is pricey, considering you still have to purchase property, sink well, septic, run electricity or connection cost to city utilities, your sitting around 250k at 108 a sq ft or around 208k at 90 a sq ft. without land or utilities for a mobile/modular home, I would pass. And that condo for the price, wouldn’t exactly be in the most “desirable” of areas...or have I just become too jaded with the prices of homes here that I’m completely off the mark!? 🤔 Because last time I checked, I figured a studio/efficiency type of homes were the only thing going for in the $250k⬆️ range. This is a super nice home...I really like it a lot...but it's way too expensive for what you are getting; i.e., a modular. I know they have improved over the years, but nothing beats a stick home and depending on where you live or where you are willing to move to, you can buy a really nice stick home for about the same price as this modular and before other costs involved are added to it. Unless you already own the land you're going to put it on and have the money for all of the other expenses to pull it all together, I'd pass. Price is too high, IMO.

I got the same figures, 250K with all the upgrades. I wonder if the setup includes the foundation work. If it don't you need to add 10-25K for a concrete foundation. less if its brick pads. This is just estimated figures.

Just started this video and WOW! The flooring, the molding and recessed ceilings with ventilation, the counter-tops, the pantry and the thought that went into this home are amazing. I would like to have seen a closer examination of their construction-demo-unit. A water closest with a door, and it's huge room for table or cabinet - outstanding. Seat in the shower - icing on the cake.

That is one incredible manufactured home! Of course I am never a fan of having to pass through the bathroom to enter a closet, but there is plenty of room in the master bedroom entry way to have the door moved to when you place your order. Again Chance, yet another incredible video!

I especially like the way the island in the kitchen is shaped, the gentle curves instead of sharp corners. Not only is it safer for us elders who tend to lose balance and hope to not bang into sharp corners, it is also best for young children who are always running indoors out of the joyful play goes on, and sharp corners are not fun.
