Finally, a kitchen that works for people who cook a lot!!! I haven't gotten through the rest of the video yet but the kitchen is always the heart of my home. When the kitchens have no counter tops, small pantries, and divided islands...they don't work for any major amounts of cooking, baking or large families!

Have fun keeping the tub /shower walls clean. Will get nasty in the groves. You Want a tile that is smooth like those smooth and even/level fiberglass walls, that are EASY to Keep Clean.

I love that house! That is my favorite kind of kitchen. I just love U shaped kitchens with islands in the middle. I don't think I would change a thing about the layout. These houses make me want to win the lottery more than ever now! lol.

The layout is very workable and good for hosting/entertaining. Yeah, I'd be customizing the heck outta this house. First, I'd do a complete carpet delete and run the LVP throughout. Secondly, I'd change the cabinet colors throughout the home. I'd opt for a soft grey or a soft slate blue and dark grey combo. I'd opt for soft off-white metallic flecked quartz contertops on the perimeter and real butcher block on the island. I'd use the same combinations in the bathrooms. Thirdly, I'd enlarge the guest bath and put in a double sink vanity. Fourthly, I'd opt for a real tile surround and porcelain enameled metal tub in the guest and master baths. Fifthly and finally, I'd try to find space for a powder room around the utility room area and add one.

This home is amazing!! The kitchen is everything!! Only thing I’d customize would be in the kitchen. The counter area near the refrigerator, I’d put a deep freezer. The front would look like cabinet drawers and the top would look like the rest of the countertop. That way it’s hidden in plain sight.

The kitchen is stunning! All of those windows are so nice. Its super functional with that large island. I love that there is a cabinet pantry and an upgraded hood vent. The master bath is also beautiful, especially that shower.

Love that you can't see the kitchen from the front door but it is still open concept. Love the pocket door for master bath - dislike those barn doors so am glad they are not in this setup. Colors and trim plus 9' ceilings..... amazing floor plan.

That's beautiful! I've seen another with that kitchen. Windows everywhere, lots of lovely light although I would like one in the master toilet. Bathroom beautiful, nice storage cupboards. Living room is gorgeous, I do love a wood burning fireplace. I love the layout and the bedroom is not right off the kitchen or living room. I'd live there in a heartbeat! Ooh and square sinks!

Love that the plan you can't see the kitchen and the sink from the front door and living room. Prefer lighter or medium color Brick for fireplace going up to ceiling, not into shiplock (or whatever they call it). I don't care for a lot of Black or any black in my house. My laundry room, I would want a shower for my 5 dogs, so the wall would have to be pushed back, smaller master bedroom is fine for me. I'm sure cutting it 2 to 3 feet is not going to bother me, since I only sleep in it. My showers/bath walls would NOT have groves in it, too hard to keep clean, gets nasty. Prefer smooth like fiberglass tile, so EASY to keep clean. Would place a large, covered deck outside the dining room and kitchen with a swing, table, etc. Otherwise LOVE the PLAN and all the windows/house!

Love the Exterior and the front porch on this house...The Entryway is absolutely amazing as you walk inside.. Loving the paint colors they chose..looks very bright and lightens up the rooms... Nothing looks better than A really good size fireplace..Gives a lot of style to the home..The Dining Room and Kitchen are not A MajorPlus... Plenty of Room...An excellent size home for any family...As always The Window above the kitchen sink is a perfect Choice for the home.. I love a wood burnin fireplace as well! Although I think they should put either gas or a wood burnin fireplace in every home built just for emergency purposes cause u never know when the power is goin to go out in the winter (I’d rather be safe/warm than sorry!!)

In 2009, we lived in my aunt's double wide. We had a horrible ice storm that year. Thankfully, it had a wood burning fire place, and that was our only source of heat. The kids were out of school for 23 days that year!! Oh, and you were 14 when that song came out??!! I was 31!!😝😝

Wassup Chance?! All this home needs is a pantry, I love the fireplace, I told my mom I would love to keep the stone work and make the fireplace gas or electric, and put the laundry room @ the end, also I'd like to have a screened in deck with a barbecue with counter space and a place for a picnic table that leads to a screened in gazebo with a built in wood fireplace with brick or stone around it with a mantel.
