I like the half bath exactly where it is. The master closet is directly behind that wall. If you wanted to you could just add a coat closet right next to the half bath. While I want my guest to have a good time in my home, I also like them where I can see them my family safety is paramount and there is never any reason for an adult to be snooping through my children’s bathrooms or close to their room or bonus area. I will never have an adult over who is my friend whose intentions are to hang out with my kids, so there’s no reason for them to be going in that section of my house. The living room, the kitchen, the powder room, and the front door, so they can see themselves out easily…. that is my kind of set up.

Agreed adult guests don't need to be on children's end. I would probably put guests in the master during stay and sleep in the family room for the duration of their visit.

Chance?? This Triple House Is Just Beautiful!! It Looks Better Than The Other's!! Sturdy Structure, Extra Roomy!! The 1/2 Bath is very nice!! You have to have a 1/2 bath in homes!! Love all the rooms including The Kitchen and The Laundry Room!! Just Really Pretty!! Great Job Showing This!!❤😊

I would take out the 1/2 bath, I don’t like it in the living room. I’d make it a coat closet. Love the rest of the house.

The exterior of this home looks nice, but I'd like it in either navy blue or white to give it that farmhouse look that I love. I recognize this house because I fell inlove with it awhile back and thought to myself if I ever gotta chance to buy one of these types of homes, this is THE ONE I want. It's definitely a winner!

Beautiful home...love the vents on the ceiling..the master closet is amazing...i don't like flat top stoves...i like gas stoves...knocked it out of the park....i would enclose the back porch....or the door in the laundry room there is space for a small porch or deck....love the kitchen love the island top...this home needs amazing landscaping...Be Safe Be Blessed ...

Beautiful home! I still need a much larger pantry. I can & bake, & have all of that along with basic pantry foods, containers of flours, and dried goods. Along with all of the pots, canning equipment, roasters and crockpots, instant pot, etc. in other words, show me the homes with XXL Pantry! :) Large Master Suite with XL closet & bath/shower, office area, breakfast & dining room, family room & living room, large porch…. Something for a Country Family to live in. :). LOVE your videos, keep em coming!

I know it's open concept but I'd actually like seal that wall off in the kitchen and open up the dining room so that when you walk in the house you don't even see the kitchen like how house is used to be built a long time ago, maybe put one of those you know kitchen doors that swing in and out that goes into the living room area but open up the dining area , keep it open concept with the living room
