Watching this as tomorrows video is uploading. It has dark stone fireplace similar to this one except it has a raised hearth. I thought this was looking familiar. Soon as you said Memphis and OKC it all came to me. Then I saw the door shutting off the guest area and was like yep that was my favorite thing about it that ws different than most other homes.

This is another fabulous home! My husband and I are thinking of down sizing from 5 to a 4 bedroom, so I we are thinking of getting a ranch style double wide, and the homes you are showing are so beautiful. Thank you for your expertise. Your little boy is soooo precious, and handsome, he's so cute. You definitely have your own mini me. As I said before, you are fun to watch.

I feel like with the models, they are really trying to show you all the ways and features they can put into a home to make it to your liking. Like this home is beautiful and every thing did flow well but nothing was the same or “matchy matchy”. Like most people probably won’t want 2 different color countertops and such.

Who cares how they "finish" the model home? No one is going to live in it until it has been sold and then transported to the property of the new owner(s). LIVE A LITTLE!!!! LOVE A LOT!!!! Life is far too short to worry about such nonsense. Enjoy whatever time you have left, and spread as much joy and happiness as possible until God calls us all home. In the end, who cares about high end countertops, fancy flooring and tile, paint samples, etc. The family who ultimately purchases this home will be able to finally finish it however they please!.

Where is the water heater located in this home. ??? I don't like the orientation of the master bedroom with closet at what I would like the bed location. Put cabinet doors on The open cubbies in the secondary bath vanity. The shower in the secondary bath is really nice and what I would opt for. Like the family area for kids towards the back so if you have company over that room is the not so neat room and the living room is clean and neat. Like the fireplace and that there is a window that openes over the kitchen sink and there area drawers over door's style cabinets in the kitchen. Have the window In the master over the tub Open a not frosted all the way and the transom window in the water closet open too.

Top #5 on double wide list.. very nice. Nice to see walls aren’t cheaply made and wood In pantry. Love the color on outside. Cool claim white grays inside nicely done. Small door opening and hall not really wide, that’s a down side.laundry room needs work should be bigger and freezer area big home big family. Redo laundry room.

Ceiling vents, large pantry, coat closet (even though it isn't right at the front door it's close), utility room that has a sink and room for a stand up freezer and the door to the master isn't in the living room! WOW this one checks ✔️ all the boxes. And all the other perks! 3 guests rooms and a family room. And that door that separates them! And all those cabinets in the dining room. Just WOW! ❤

YES What I call a "sculptured" interior...YES Lots of room.......YES Master Bedroom opposite of all other rooms........BIG YES Still not a fan of the one big livingdiningkitchen room, but it does look nice. Not a fan of white or beige, but it seems to work well with this one. Two Thumbs up!

Nice house. And I know this can be changed but I really dislike those giant architectural hoods over the stoves, and that patterned ceramic is really not my style; too busy and not peaceful. But tiled showers?? NICE!

Great layout. I like that you can close off the family wing; it's perfect if you have older kids and would work well for an in-law or roommate situation as well.

I like the floor plan. The entry way is nice. Fact it has a fireplace!! Very nice. I'm not sure about that flooring tho. Think I'd like just a solid color. Looks barn like. I don't care for the barn like door's. It's not a style for me.. it'll be outdated quickly.

I like the entry way and the front closet on the floor plan - disappointed to see it had disappeared in the actual house. We're also not crazy about the barn doors. I think they're a trend that many will regret.

Everything about this home is fabulous. I like the foyer. Nice cozy living room with fireplace. Lots of kitchen cabinets; I esp like the ones in the corner by the sliding glass doors. Pretty backsplash over the stove. Nice big island. I love the door that you can close to cut off the bedrooms if you have noisy kids. Pretty shower in the guest bathroom. Any utility room with a sink is fine with me. Beautiful master suite, pretty tub & shower tiles. I like sliding doors, but the barn doors are ugly.

I really do love the barn doors, the set-up for your washer/dryer. I didn't know if you have any noisy kids. If you do, where do you keep your goats at? I didn't know if you can keep your goats (kids) inside your home. Water Closet to me, it's just a half bathroom.

Nice house! Very category on this one how it's divided. Mainly main bed section the living section with living room kitchen and dinning. The third is dormitory style living. But as a Bachelor.. I need office. Glad the living room in the dorm section will be my office but will knock down a wall to the bedroom to make it larger but wall up to separate jack n jill bedrooms with that bathroom being sandwiched. Blackkkk no! Other color please and prefer Italian style with ALL drawers in kitchen. That Italian tile.. funny want Italian but more minimalist so those behind stove no. It goes. No gray title. Gonna get my green! Ahh shower in main bathroom reminded me of my grandparents' main bathroom that had all marble! Yes imported from Italy marble. Si. They were both born there. Si. I would keep that and properly colored to combat black molds. But black. No! When will they all ever get rid of black? Hmm?

The double door closet is a waste of useful space. Inside the closet you could have more space for clothes. In the bedroom you could put a dresser there and put something on the wall.

It’s really nice. But the master with that tiny double bed would look awful with a king. Price point for what you’re getting doesn’t seem off but it’s out of my price range.

As a fairly recent addition to your channel I’ve noticed that making a big deal about the pantry in many of the mobile homes that you have shown and say that you did not know that it was there, however later in the video you state that you have walked through the home with someone prior to shooting your video. So, I am finding it hard to believe that you did not know about the pantry in the first place. So, please do not tell us about it again if you have knowledge of it because most people are not stupid enough to believe it…. But I want Honesty, this world has enough fallacy and untruths for us all nowadays. What I can say is that this home has a lot of good things about it, love the wood burning fireplace, the kitchen is cute, the bedrooms are good sized and the bathrooms are nice too. Hope I wasn’t being too harsh with my comment but I feel that what I heard from you I should call you out on it. Sorry I am very opinionated and old fashioned. And try to live by my Grandmothers morals. Honesty is the best policy and Truth will set you free. There’s several other things that she taught me that I never forgot but I’m not going to bother you with it. Best wishes to you and your family.

We loved the layout of this house.... it was beautiful, spacious.... there isn't anything I would change about the layout itself. As usual, my only thing is the finishes. I didn't care the the colors or the countertops etc but those are easy, I would just order it differently. Other than that, this house has it all.. we love your show and never miss an episode!

I've never understood why these things cost so much, they use the absolute cheapest, most generic materials, especially on the flooring and cabinets. It just doesn't make sense to me why anyone would want to invest their hard earned money on a bunch of cheap, plastic garbage on wheels.

This home is gorgeous on the inside. The exterior does not give this home justice it deserves. I wished that these manufacturer would take notes from Vanderbilt homes and make the homes look like stick build on the outside because the inside of these are amazing. If they work on the exterior I bet they would take over lead the home building over stick building because they use the same methods one is jus built on site and the other in factory but if they would just give the homes a more stick build look on the outside, I feel people would be more driven to buy.

Nice, but not a fan of that small porch entrance. Pretty much limited to attach steps and not exactly great curb appeal IMO. Also no soft close cabinet doors. The island counter top looks cheap. Not a fan of a hot water heater hidden with a panel. IDK the layouts nice and its roomy....

The foyer is absolutely Spectacular when entering the home..The living room is perfectly designed..Love the wider and elongated window's in the living room and kitchen.
